Booty Focused at Home Glute Workout with Dumbbells Only

Hello everyone!

Here’s a great all rounder workout to target your glutes and hamstrings!

I have slowed the pace and really focused on squeezing the glutes, pushing through the heels and aim for depth where I can...try and relax and embrace the burn! This is a perfect workout if you have access to only lighter weights than you might prefer.

The workout is 45 seconds exercise, 15 seconds rest, repeating each exercise 3 times varying between full reps, pulse and 5 pulses per rep.

High squat
Low sumo squat
Sumo squat deadlift
Romanian deadlift
Side to side lunge
Glute bridge

Take your time, focus on each move and enjoy!!
