2. 120 g White sugar
3. 80 g Brown sugar
4. 1 tsp Salt
5. 170 g Unsalted butter, melted
6. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
7. 1 cold egg (weighs around 58 g, eggshell not included)
8. 1 cold egg yolk

9. Matcha Flavor
72 g All-purpose flour + 4 g Matcha powder + 1/4 tsp Baking soda

10. Biscoff Flavor
72 g All-purpose flour + 4 Biscoff biscuits (smashed) + 1/4 tsp Baking soda

11. Oreo Flavor
75 g All-purpose flour + 3 Oreos (smashed) + 1/4 tsp Baking soda

12. Red Velvet Flavor
82 g All-purpose flour + 3 g Cocoa powder + 1/4 tsp Baking soda + 1/2 tsp Red food coloring (gel)

13. Toppings to decorate as you like

แป้งอเนกประสงค์ 75 ก + โอริโอ้ 3 ชิ้น(ทุบ) + เบกกี้งโซดา 1/4 ชช

12. รสเรดเวลเวท
แป้งอเนกประสงค์ 82 ก + ผงโกโก้ 3 ก + เบกกี้งโซดา 1/4 ชช
