Breastfeeding is natural, but it's not always easy. New moms often face challenges with breastfeeding that have nothing to do with their actual ability to produce breastmilk and get a good breastfeeding latch, but EVERYTHING to do with how capable they FEEL. Self doubt is at the root of so many breastfeeding challenges.

Colostrum is the best first food for a newborn. Sometimes it does take some time for mature breastmilk to come in and women wonder "When will my milk come in?" I answer this question in this video.
