GCSE Music Revision - Identifying Melodies

This is NOT melodic dictation where you notate a melody from listening to it.

In these exercises, you will be presented with 4 different melodies, and have you to select the correct melody from simply listening to an excerpt of music.

This is a very common question in GCSE music, and the biggest tip to give is to follow the CONTOUR/SHAPE of the melodic line (does it stay the same, move up or move down?)
