The album features a 30-piece orchestra, including woodwinds, brass, percussion, and strings performed by Canadian Studio Symphony. The orchestra comprised many accomplished Canadian classical players, including concertmaster Lynn Kuo, the acclaimed violinist and Assistant Concertmaster of the National Ballet of Canada. The album also features layered cello arrangements by Canadian virtuoso cellist, Raphael Weinroth-Browne and atmospheric trumpet parts by Juno-nominated Tara Kannangara.

The album was recorded at Union Sound, Genesis Sound and Revolution Recording (one of the biggest studios in Toronto) and mixed and mastered by Jeff McMurrich with the use of analogue vintage equipment.
