DIY RV Kayak Rack (Part 1)

I was inspired by other Kayak racks I saw on YouTube, but did not see one that met all my needs, so I built it. I wanted to minimize cost, not make any modifications to the RV other than using the built-in hitch, wanted to reuse the bike rack I already had, and it had to keep the Kayaks sideways in order to minimize wind resistance.
