Deer in the Yard in 106F weather (41C)

On a very hot day the deer were happy that we had a lot of water for them, and even a sprinkler they like to lay under. When we turn the sprinkler off, the ground stays cool and wet for most of the day.

We don't really know why that one deer kept putting her one hoof into the water. At one point she tried to put her other hoof in, but she was not quite coordinated enough to get it in, so she went back to putting in the other hoof. Deer are funny, and every one has a unique personality.
