Kim Chungha: best dancing ability, charisma
Choi Yoojung: strong dancing ability, good stage presence
Kang Mina: strong dancing ability, adapts well to different concepts
Park Siyeon: strong visuals, above average vocals, rap
Jeon Somi: strong visuals, good charisma
Zhou JieQiong: strong visuals, good personality
Park Soyeon: strong dancing & rapping skills, good charisma
Im Nayoung: strong dancing & rapping skills, good visuals, leadership ability

Please note: This is not a criticism of the current established lineup. This is just the lineup that I think has the most well-rounded individuals that would work well as a team.
