RFB Alternatives For Mid Range Combat!

Today we're looking at some alternatives to the RFB now that M80 has moved to Peacekeeper 3. There are some other choices but are they worth using?

Typically we either have to sacrifice effectiveness with rifle rounds such as 5.56 and 5.45, or cost with those such as the SVD, but there are ways to use all of these guns to get what you need done if you go about it the right way!
