OOTY TO COIMBATORE : TNSTC EXPRESS BUS JOURNEY | COONOOR GHAT | 14 HAIRPIN BENDS

One of the most beautiful and popular routes is the Coimbatore to Ooty or Ooty to Coimbatore route. It goes via the scenic Coonoor Ghat and you get to see some beautiful landscapes. The Coonoor ghat has 14 Hairpin bends and the ghat is a bit dangerous due to the heavy traffic on the route. So need good drivers on this route. Its not a very long route only 85 kms. The fare is also very nominal of Rs. 85. It takes around 3- 4 hours to reach the destination. The last stop is Gandhipuram near SETC bus stand. You get back to back buses from Ooty to Coimbatore from the Ooty bus stand.
