How to Replace Lexus IS300 Expansion Valve | GS300 SC300 2JZ

We replace the AC Expansion Valve on the first generation IS300 (2001-2005) with 2JZ-GE engine. This will be similar for the GS300 or SC300. Check the list of parts below if you are doing this and need anything else.
