Are Inno3D GPUs actually that Bad?

Inno3D GPUs and their high performance iChill models have always been around, but recently we started to have them better distributed both in Europe and in the US, they're generally cheaper then MSI, Asus, Gigabyte counterparts and very often even look better. Does that mean they're a good buy?
