Hillbilly Cops Pull Over Powerful Black Judge for Driving While Black. Then This Happens

Jasper County Sheriff Earl Vance and his Deputy Doug McDonald are patrolling the streets looking for someone to pull over. You see, the county cops have not met their citation quota for the month and need to give someone a ticket. The Sheriff mentions to the Deputy that targeting black and latino drivers is the best method.
