-equal part sugar

In this video I'm showing you how to do Cranberry Syrup and Blackberry Syrup.

I did...
-6 lbs of cranberry + 6 lbs of sugar.
-2 lbs of blackberry and 2 lbs of sugar.

It's that easy!

Note: I’ve had these in my fridge for a long time I know that’s not an exact time frame haha I can’t really give you the weeks or months break down ... certain fruits you can keep out in cool dry area for couple months before the fridge until they ferment/ syrup like green sour plums but others like berries or pineapple I would keep in fridge after a week to couple weeks. I’ve had all my syrups for months in the fridge. As long As they are stored correctly they last long. And make sure your sugar ratio is correct, don’t put less the sugar helps preserve it. To be safe I would suggest fridge after syruping time.
