In this upcoming satellite city, Utropolis is one of the earlier masterplan that took place in Batu Kawan. Adopting the formula from their Klang Valley developments, they also brought in their education arm along to develop this new address.

Suasana is that new residence after their successful completion of Utropolis Utama, a mixed development. Instantly at site, I felt the convenience of living there where everything is within walking distance. You have the retails and offices at Utama, then the UOW university, the Design Village Outlet as well as Vervea commercial center. It's pretty rare to have such convenience in a pure residential project.

My favourite would be the rooftop facility deck. The spaces captivated the amazing view perfectly, especially the communal dining area. In those areas, I've noticed the little details that displayed the thoughtfulness of the team. There are air purifiers, water dispensers, centralized water filtration systems, package collection system and etc. These are not 'necessary' in terms of requirement but the developer chose to do it for the residents.

Despite the overwhelming sales performance, the current state of the masterplan is still rather empty. Humongous developments like this just need time and gradually we are witnessing a new township taking place. It's just so exciting.
