Sophia told me "I've learned when I hear a term and I don't know what it is, basically I just ask how is this going to impact business performance essentially is it going to cost more money or is it going to bring more money, literally is there a financial implication? … so essentially if you hear a tech term just ask how does this relate to money, how does this relate to business metrics and how does this relate to efficiency, does it make a process more efficient?"

She holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, and a BSc (Hons) in Politics from Bristol. She speaks English, Russian and French. Sophia also sits on the Board of University of Chicago’s Alumni in the UK.
