Wheat chilli oil noodles recipe:

I’m using 2 cups of Elite Atta for making noodles, in that add 1tsp of oil and salt to taste. Then, add water and mix well like a Chapati dough. Keep this dough for 30mins, dust the atta on top of the dough then start rolling it and chop them into thin slices. In a boiling water, add the dough slices and cook it for 1-2 mins then strain the excess water.

For Sauce:
In a bowl add all the below mentioned ingredients and mix well.
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small shallot or red onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil are all great options)

Now add the Elite atta noodles into the sauce and season it with 1 tbsp dark soy sauce & 2 tbsp lime juice.

Serve hot and enjoy!🍜❤️
