The Best Meatloaf That I have Ever Made. Leave a Comment and tell me what you think. I used 2 Lbs of ground Beef but you can cut this in half for a smaller loaf.
Ingredients :) 2 Lbs Ground Beef, 1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers, 1/2 Cup Whole Milk, 2 Eggs, 1 Cup Ketchup (split in half), 1/2 Bell pepper, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 tsp Sage, 1/2 tsp Thyme, 1/3 Cup brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
Bake at 350 for 50 Minutes or until internal temp reaches 160
