✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Recipe 1:
* Lady Finger(भिंडी) - 250 Gram
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Dry Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - Less than 1/2 Tsp
* Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) - 2-2.5 Tbsp
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
* Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp

Recipe 2:
* Lady Finger(भिंडी) - 100 Gram
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Oil(तेल)
* Onion(प्याज) - 2
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
* Water(पानी) - 2 Spoon

Recipe 3:
* Lady Finger(भिंडी) - 300 Gram
* Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* Salt(नमक)
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
* Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Dry Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर)

Recipe 4:
* Lady Finger(भिंडी) - 150 Gram
* Oil(तेल)
* Salt(नमक)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Onion(प्याज)
* Tomato(टमाटर)
* Salt(नमक)
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Fresh Malai(ताजा मलाई) - 1 Bowl
* Fried Cashew(काजू)

Recipe 5:
* Lady Finger(भिंडी) - 150 Gram
* Onion(प्याज) - 2
* Oil(तेल)
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा)
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 2 Pinch
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Spoon
* Tomato(टमाटर)
* Salt(नमक)
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर)
* Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी)
* Garam Masala(गरम मसाला)

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Bharwan Bhindi:
For stuffing, take Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Namkeen/Sev Powder & Lemon Juice. Mix and keep aside.
Firstly, wash the Bhindi & wipe them. slit the bhindi and stuff the prepared filling. Heat oil in a large kadai and place the stuffed bhindi into the kadai. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then serve with rice or roti.
For Onion Bhindi:
Take some Bhindi, remove the extras & slit them into the centre. Take some Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt & Coriander Powder. Mix all well & fill the Masala into Bhindi. Keep the pressure cooker on the flame, put some Oil & place the stuffed Bhindi. Saute well on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes by stirring it continuously. Then take out the cooked Bhindi on a plate. In the same pan, put chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Tomato, remaining Masala & some Water. Then place cooked Bhindi & put some Coriander Leaves. Then cover with lid & give it 1 whistle on a medium flame. At last, remove the pressure & serve.
For Plain Bhindi:
Keep the pan on the flame, and put Oil & Bhindi, Lemon Juice & Turmeric Powder. Saute well & cook on a slow flame. Take a bowl & put Salt, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder & Chilli Flakes & mix well. When the Bhindi is cooked half then sprinkle the masala. Cover & cook on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes.
For Malai Bhindi:
Keep the pan on the flame & put chopped Bhindi. Put Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Salt. Saute well, cover & cook on a low to medium flame. Take out the Bhindi & keep aside. In the same pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, chopped Onion & Tomato & cook well. Then put Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder & Turmeric Powder. Cover & cook for 2 minutes. Put roasted Cumin Powder, dried Fenugreek Leaves, long chopped Green Chilli, Fresh Cream & Bhindi. Cook well & Garnish with roasted Cashew Nuts.
For Lasooni Bhindi:
Keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Onion & chopped Bhindi. Roast for a while & take them out on a plate. In the same pan put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, long-chopped Garlic, Onion & Tomato & saute all well. Put spices like Salt, Coriander Powder, Chilli Flakes, Turmeric Powder, long chopped Green Chilli, dried Fenugreek Leaves, Curd, fried Bhindi, Onion, Grama Masala & Coriander Leaves. Cover & cook on a slow flame & serve with rice or roti. In this way, Tasty Bhindi Sabji will be ready in 5 Amazing Flavours.
