What does my daily chess training look like?

Описание к видео What does my daily chess training look like?

In this video, I walk you through how I start my day of chess training and becoming a better chess personality. I show you what exercises I perform and what I am looking to accomplish with each routine. This video ended prematurely because I had to start a chess lesson on the hour, but typically this training takes me between 20-45 minutes to complete; it depends on how fatigued or distracted I am at the time. Speaking of which, I am revamping my training to subtract any outside distractions so I can really work out my concentration "muscle." This means that I will not be listening to any ASMR videos or messing with my phone while training. In a real tournament, having those distractions ready accessible will be problematic.

Here is a short list of what I do on the daily basis:
One Duolingo Lesson
Solve the Daily Puzzle
Solve one chess.com puzzle
Review missed tactics from my recent games
Work on my concentration, calculation, and board visualization with the Chessable Course.
Extra Credit - complete extra strategic problems in my book, Practical Chess Exercises by Ray Cheng
