Chicken Divan Recipe

3 Chicken Breast (Season Chicken with Cajun Seasoning)
2 Cups Broccoli
2 Cans Cream of Chicken
1 Cup Mayo
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Sharpe Cheddar Cheese
16 Ritz Crackers
1 TBSP Butter
1 TspGarlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Oregano

Cooking Directions

Lightly pan sear chicken until both sides have a light golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to continue to cook while slightly cooling. Note the chicken will not be cooked all the way. Assemble sauce and seasonings. Cut chicken to preference and add along with broccoli and 75% of your grated cheese. In a separate bowl add ritz crackers smashed, 1 TBSP butter and the rest of your cheese and mix. Place this topping over the casserole. Place in oven on covered for 30 Mins to allow the outside to become golden. The last 30 mins bake uncovered to achieve a nice golden crust.
