Old injuries don’t always hurt-but they can still mess with your skiing. In this video I share a story of a skier I worked with whose technique wasn’t the issue at all. It turned out an old cracked fibula from five years earlier had created compensation patterns that were holding him back even after seeing multiple experts. Once the body alignment was addresses, his skiing took a huge leap forward. If you’ve hit a plateau or something just feels off, this might be the missing link.
