0:57.3 visualize a violet light coming down from above your crown chakra this is divine healing and protective energy from source see and feel this warm violet light come down through your crown chakra filling your head with its radiance then feel it begin to flow down to your other chakras filling each inch of your body down to the third eye chakra down to your throat chakra and then down to your heart chakra down to your solar plexus chakra
