We are excited to present a youth innovator helping to power Nigeria through cleantech: Aaron Esumeh and his solution – Greenage Technologies.

Aaron joined us for the Cleantech Days and International Vienna Energy and Climate Forum (IVECF) 2023 and got one of the UNIDO's Climate Awards 🏆 - PFAN's "Most Inspiring Solution from Sub-Saharan Africa"!

Founded in 2019, Greenage drives Energy Inclusion in Nigeria by manufacturing & distributing locally produced solar energy equipment to drive down acquisition cost of solar energy components. Greenage has focused its efforts on innovation in the renewable energy industry, creating smart & solar-powered inverters and and distributing them through both B2B (manufacturing) & B2C (energy services).

🚀Greenage has expanded rapidly since 2019. By 2021, they were present in 22 states, selling over 0.5MW of solar equipment. In 2022, their reach became country-wide with 1.5MW of equipment sold and a 100MW factory under construction.
