This is ballista remote control weapon station manufactured by Russian company rosoboronexport. It is an unmanned turret equipped with Shipunov 2 A 42 30-millimeter Machine gun, capable of firing armor piercing rounds, a 7.62 coaxial machine gun, and 2 ready to use 9M113 konkurs ATGM with penetration capability of 800 millimeter rolled homogeneous armor. The missiles can engage target at a distance of 4 kilometers. The ballista remote weapon station is equipped with modern fire control system augmented with thermal imager and laser range finder. This weapon station with weight of 1.6 tons can by placed on variety of platforms including wheeled or tracked chassis.
