In one of the 24H2 feature updates. HDR users can now make use of .jxr files (JPEG XR). These files can have either 10-bit or 12-bit color support.

This is Part 1 about jxr files as it's quite obscure. Hard to come by even with a Google search

I made some JXRs based on game screenshots and along with them are samples from Microsoft themselves which you can download from the Neowin article as well
