ILS approach & landing at Arlanda ESSA

We had speed restrictions: we were told to mantain 180KN. That's the maximum speed for half flaps configuration, so I could not deploy them. We started descending with the glideslope, but without half flaps the airplane accelerates. To reduce the speed I had to reduce the power below the limit were the alarm atarts beeping if you don't have flaps deployed.
Once the limits are lifted we can reduce the spped , deploy the flaps, lower the landing gear and continue with a normal approach
