This is the story of Mittelbau-Dora — the underground concentration camp where prisoners were worked to death building rockets. It's the story of Wernher von Braun — the SS officer who became an American hero and father of the NASA space program. And it's the story of a technology born in hell that eventually carried humanity to the stars.
