This simple chantrelles pasta is a mouth watering display of the natural nutty and earthy flavors in Chantrelles. This bounty of foraged chantrelles was found in our previous video on 10 wild edible mushrooms you can find in the woods.

Ingredients:

-Around 200 grams of fresh chanterelles
-1/2 of a yellow onion
-2 to 3 cloves of minced garlic
-1/4 cup of white wine
-1/4 cup of heavy cream
-A pinch of nutmeg
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-butter
-salt
-pepper
-fresh parsley
-lemon juice
