A tribute for the meanwhile closed "City Music Store" in Berlin where I bought my first Hip Hop CDs

A slightly different video, 10 years ago in the 8th or 9th grade I did a student internship in a record and CD store called "City Music". This store was very well known, popular and a highlight for every tourist in Berlin back then. Unfortunately, it moved three times and in the end it was only very small until it closed completely around 2020/21. I did my internship there when it was at it's second "station" and the house doesn't even exist anymore. I would like to thank the staff from back then and have fond memories of that time, when I was introduced to vinyl records, was allowed to swap 50 Cent's CD "Curtis" for DMX's "The Great Depression" and was given the movie "Notorious" for my birthday. A tribute to a time when Spotify was still quite unknown and was only just emerging. Certainly one of the reasons why this great store had to close! #Berlin #CityMusic #Closed #ShutDown
