Marry Me Beef Recipe Ingredients:
1. 2 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon)
2. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3. 2 tbsp olive oil
4. 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
6. 1 cup beef broth
7. 1/2 cup heavy cream
8. 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
9. 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or dried thyme)
10. 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or dried rosemary)
11. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
12. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preparation: Season the beef steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Searing the Beef: In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the beef steaks and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they
have a nice golden-brown crust. Remove the steaks from the pan and set them aside.
3. Making the Sauce: In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and stir for another
minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan
to release any browned bits.
5. Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, thyme,
rosemary, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about
3-4 minutes.
6. Combining Beef and Sauce: Return the seared beef steaks to the pan, spooning some
of the sauce over them. Let them cook in the sauce for another 3-4 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
7. Serving: Transfer the beef steaks to plates, spooning extra sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
