Recognizing there is a demand for our industry businesses to share their steps taken to keep residents and visitors safe and healthy as well as a need to inform visitors with what to expect when they are able to travel and visit BC, The Tourism Industry Association of BC (TIABC) invested in a series of videos that act as public service announcements. These PSA's are used to educate about the province’s health and safety protocols, highlight what businesses are doing to ensure their customers, guests and future guests are safe and protected and reiterate the provincial tourism marketing messaging “Know Before You Go”. The Hotel sector was the first of four videos, with this Bars & Pubs video second.

Arkitek Creative interviewed the President & CEO Jeff Guignard of the Alliance of Beverage Licensees BC, whose narrative carried throughout the video. We identified three critical motion graphics animation spots to enhance viewer engagement, partnered with BC regions, DMOs and several pubs and bars to acquire a diverse array of footage throughout the province, and finally, broll was supplemented with several shoots conducted by the Ark crew.
