On the 24th of February 2012, 14 year old Gabriella Nichimura and her family arrived at the Brazillian theme park Hopi Hari. They were on holiday from Japan and were eager to visit the theme park which is one of Brazil's most famous. Gabriella would never return to Japan. Just after ten oclock, she boarded the now infamous ride known as La Tour Effiel where she was thrown from the ride to her death. The investigation into the horrific incident found what was described as a “massive error” that lead to the girls fate but what exactly happened to her. Let’s talk about it.
