Welding Divers Commercial Diver Training

Commercial air divers in training at The Underwater Centre, Fort William, carrying out an underwater welding job at the subsea construction site. This training is included as part of the Centre's Subsea Construction training, which includes welding and cutting (burning) as well as rigging and slinging.

When you start out as a commercial diver you need to be able to know how to do the job, as well as being qualified to dive. Along with the underwater and surface tools training provided as part of the HSE air diver training, the Subsea Construction course gives new divers the experience and knowledge to get started.
