A new ten part documentary about the life and crimes of Steven Avery is set to air on Netflix.

Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey were convicted of the October 31, 2005 murder of photographer Teresa Halbach.

The documentary "Making a Murderer" will focus on the 18 years Avery spent in prison for a rape he didn't commit and the Teresa Halbach murder trial.

The documentary premieres December 18, 2015 on Netflix.
