Synopsis: Shot over seven years on a self-financed micro-budget, “Psychomanteum” is collaboration between four British filmmakers consisting of eight interlinking highly disturbing short stories that are in turn horrific, fantastical or science fiction scenarios. All the films were shot in and around London in the UK, with a purposeful emphasis on psychological visceral aspects of terror rather than the physical portrayal of horror.
