This surface drive mud motor is the 22 hp base model which is direct drive. It has no clutch or neutral or reverse. 

Kit cost is $1799 plus tax and shipping.

Customer supplied his own engine and modifications.

Propeller is the stock 10 inch stainless steel

This kit has a short shaft or tall shaft transom option

Kit weighs 110 pounds plus the weight of the engine, so likely around 220lbs altogether
