3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa. It is a degenerative eye condition that gradually takes your vision away. It happens within months for some people and it could take years for some to entirely lose their ability to see. This video is an effort to spread awareness about the condition and help someone suffering from this have a positive mindset towards life for them to be able to accomplish their life goals before and after losing their vision. I have tried to keep this video light-hearted and funny to an extent since most of the videos I have seen on YouTube where people talk about this condition have a very sad and depressing undertone which I obviously didn't want to mirror with my content as I feel that life has so much to offer and conditions like this are just a reminder that we have a finite amount of time on this planet and we are here to make the best out of it.

There was so much to say here, I wanted to document my experiences as it gets harder for me to see, the fear that one goes through, and how helpless one can feel when something like this is brought to their knowledge. I also planned to talk about the potential career options one can opt for, etc. but I guess that's a topic for another video.
