In this video, I’m sharing my favorite tips for taking pre-cooked or prepped ingredients and transforming them into simple, tasty meals. From veggies to grains to protein-rich foods, having a few basic components on hand can make plant-based eating so much easier! Whether you're new to plant-based eating or just looking to simplify your whole food plant-based oil-free meal prep routine, this approach is certain to save you time and help you make delicious meals.

Collard Wrap Sammies
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS:
-2 collard leaves, washed and patted dry
-hummus
-blue cheeze dressing (see link below) or other plant-based dressing
-tempeh crumbles (see link below) or tvp crumbles
-roasted veggies, but into bite-sized pieces

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the core stem out of the collard leaves, keeping as much of the collard leaf as possible
2. Spread the hummus, blue cheeze dressing, tempeh crumbles and roasted veggies on the two collard leaves
3. Carefully roll up each collard leaf and then cut in half to form 4 collard wrap sammies
