Lumantad na sa San Juan City Hall ang lalaking nag-viral dahil sa mapang-asar nitong pambabasa sa isang motorcycle rider sa ‘Wattah Wattah’ Festival.

Una nang sinabi ni San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora na nais niyang makausap ang lalaki kasunod ng mga reklamo mula sa naperwisyo sa festival.
