Garter Stitch - Best way to find the right side !

Hello,

Today, I'm showing you how to identify the right side of your garter stitch #knit whether it's knitted or purled and without trusting where your cast-on thread is !
Yep, because that can be trouble !!
Also, I show you how to count rows ;)


🧶 Beginning : 0:00
🧶 Mimi the kitty cat - again : 0:30
🧶 Quick recap on knit stitches: 0:50
🧶 The right side in a knitted garter stitch sample: 1:30

🧶 Quick recap on purl stitches: 2:35
🧶 The right side in a purled garter stitch sample: 3:20

🧶 Don't always rely on the cast-on*: 4:18
🧶 Count rows : 6:02


*It's not very clear from the video, but it's true. You can use the position of your cast-on thread to know where the right side is. But it depends on the cast-on you used ! It is not working all the time.
