22:10:40 04/28/23 23-2120 Wanted Person

STIGALL, CARL RAYMOND Pacific County Inmate # 2726 was booked into Pacific County Jail on April 29, 2023 at 12:14 am. Mr. Stigall was arrested by a Pacific County Sheriff's Office Deputy on April 29, 2023 at 12:28 am for felony harassment for allegedly making threats on Facebook. South Bend Police Officers observed Mr. Stigall walking near the intersection of Quincy and HWY 101 at approximately 10:10 pm. The South Bend Officers held Mr. Stigall at gun point until Raymond Police Officers arrived and Mr. Stigall was then taken into custody. Mr. Stigall's Miranda rights were explained to him two times and he chose not to speak at first but then decided to answer questions asked by a PCSO Deputy instead of remaining silent. After questioning Mr. Stigall was transported to Pacific County Jail and a search warrant was obtained and served at a residence on the 600 block of California Street at approximately 1 am by PCSO, SBPD, RPD, and a WDFW Officer. It is unknown at this time if anything incriminating was found during the execution of the search warrant by multiple Law Enforcement Agencies.
