Re-grease Non-ai Nikon NIKKOR 105mm 1:2.5 PART 1

The focus ring in my old Non-ai Nikon NIKKOR 105mm 1:2.5 was a little stiff, so I disassemble the focus system and clean the helicoid's with Isopropylalcohol 99%.

REMEMBER to set mark's where the focus helicoid's get's off the helicoid's thread

And in the next film, that is PART 2. I will show you how I re-lube the helicoid's and assemble it again.
