Rice and Beans with Coconut Milk in Rice Cooker

This is by far my favorite way to cook rice and beans. It’s so easy that you’ll never think twice about making rice and beans again.

👩🏻‍🍳 RICE AND BEANS WITH COCONUT MILK IN RICE COOKER

2 cans (15 oz each) seasoned black beans
1 can (13.66 oz) coconut milk
4 cups long-grain white rice (rice cooker measuring cup)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup water /coconut milk (optional)
