Serbia celebrated the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and the National Flag with a military parade in Belgrade on Saturday (September 20).

The parade was attended by Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, and United Arab Emirates President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is currently visiting Serbia.

The parade consisted of military units including armoured vehicles, tanks and rockets unit and vehicles with anti-aircraft systems. The special unit "Cobras" performed an exercise and a flyover with French Dassault Rafales took place.

The holiday was established in 2020, and commemorates the Serbian Army during World War 1.
