We’ve made some exciting changes to your internet banking experience. Whether you’re on a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer, managing your money is now easier than ever.

To access internet banking, click the ‘Log on’ button located on the top right-hand corner of our website.

If you’re a personal member, simply enter your Member Number in the Customer ID field and your Access Code in the Password field.

If you’re a business member, your customer ID is now a combination of your business member number and your user ID. You’ll just need a full stop to separate the two. For example 01234567.UserLogon.

The first time you log on to our new Internet Banking, we’ll prompt you to set a new Password and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Enter your Access Code in the Password field.

Click LOG ON.
