Duties of a Bailee | Contract of Bailment (Contract Act 1872)

In this video the concept of "Contract of Bailment" is explained with reference to Duties of a Bailee alongwith illustrations of the Indian Contract Act 1872.
Following provisions of the Indian Contract Act relate to Duties of a Bailee :
》Section-151 Duty to take reasonable care of goods bailed
》Section-152 Bailee when not liable for loss etc of thing bailed
》Section-153 Duty not to make unauthorized use of goods (Termination of Bailment by bailee's act inconsistent with conditions)
》Section-154 Liability of bailee making unauthorized use of goods bailed
》Section-155 Duty not to mix goods without bailor's consent
》Section-156 Effect of mixture, without bailor's consent, when the goods can be separated
》Section-157 Effect of mixture, without bailor's consent, when the goods can not be separated
》Section-160 Duty to return goods on expiration of time or accomplishment of purpose
》Section-161 Bailee's responsibility when goods are not duly returned
》Section-165 Bailment by several joint owners
》 Section-163 Duty to return profit or accretions on goods bailed.
