EHRT Double Axial Bending Machine with integrated press (clamping, bending and pressing).
That EHRT machine is capable to process tubes and profiles up to 14m (!) workpieces in one cycle.
Improving both productivity and quality.
The main purpose is to obtain parts bended over the small side with almost no change in material width (+/- 0,02 mm) and accurate angle (+/- 0,15°).
The precision is necessary to ensure that many rotor coils can be assembled to one pile in high-efficient generators.
