I have now owned the following Audi A3 models over the years 8L 8P & 8V versions, and I've had the 1.9TDi 1.8T 1.4 TFSi 1.5 TFSi and 2.0 TDi, all are great engines and I've found some great mods that work well, and some which are best avoided.

The V6 and 2.0 TFSi are worthy of mention, as when modded they become quite potent track day cars.
