How Walkable Is Downtown Fishers Indiana

How walkable is downtown Fishers Indiana?... it depends on what your definition of walkable is. There's no secret that Indianapolis is heavy on the car culture. When living in Indianapolis you'll certainly find that but you'll likely also experience that when living in Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, or any of the surrounding cities. Fishers, Indiana though does have some walkability. Downtown Fishers does have a certain level of walkability all can experience but it isn't perfect. Downtown Fishers, Indiana is split by I-69 with the major or largest part of the downtown area being on the west side. Fishers District, the newly added restaurant portion, is found on the east side. Ikea and Top Golf are located on this side as well. It doesn't make a perfect situation but each side does have a level of walkability All in all Fishers, Indiana is a great place to live and the downtown area is improving dramatically.
